It features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, and a backyard patio with a grill and seating for a fire pit. The property also includes a detached game barn (the Rumpus Room) with ping pong, pool, and hot tub access—plus trails, blueberry rows, and views for days. Note: The farmhouse shares the property with the nearby Schoolhouse, which may be booked separately. While both homes have their own private interiors, some outdoor spaces—like the driveway, trails, and Rumpus Room—may be shared during overlapping stays. Guests looking for full privacy are encouraged to inquire about booking both properties together. Guests have full access to the entire farmhouse and the Rumpus Room game barn. The outdoor fire pit, trails, porch, grill, and blueberry fields are also included. Parking is available for 6+ vehicles on-site. The Schoolhouse next door is occasionally booked separately.
